A. Wellbeing

Well or minor concerns.

B. Talking Therapies 

Mild to moderate depression, mild to moderate anxiety, mild to moderate OCD.

C. Secondary Mental Health Services 

Current or history of moderate to severe, and enduring mental health problems including severe depression, puerperal psychosis, bipolar disorder.

D. Crisis

Emergency mental health assessment – risk to life; severe self-neglect.

Risk to life, psychotic or disturbed behaviour and sudden change and deterioration in mental illness.

E. Maternity Mental Health Service

The Maternity Mental Health Service offers specialist psychological therapy during pregnancy and up to 2 years postnatal to improve the psychological health and wellbeing of women and birthing people who have experience of birth trauma, pregnancy related health anxiety, as well as offering support to women and birthing people who have experienced loss or bereavement in the perinatal period.
