The simple advice is to continue or start the following. Some ideas may not be for you but try to see what suits you and your lifestyle.

Intervention details

If you feel things are getting worse and it’s impacting on you and your family’s daily life, look at what your local free NHS psychological service can offer. You can easily self-refer by ringing or looking online.
